The new MX700 encoder is an absolute multiturn encoder with either BISS, SSI or Can-Bus communication. The resolution of this multi-turn is 13 bits per revolution and 12 bits for the turns. It is certified for EEx d IIC T6, zone 1 and category EX I/II 2 GD, ATEX 133213X. The MX series is made form stainless steel.
The maximum surface temperature is 85°C. It is available with electronic reset, the exterior diameter is 70mm similar to the one of its incremental and single turn "brothers" IX700 and AX700.
